Membership Eligibility

How do I become a member of KANSHA?

The program is available to all Channel 1st Partners and their employees.

When you register, you will be given a KANSHA Member ID. This Member ID will appear on your computer and in an email, and should be quoted on all redemptions or enquiries about the program.

By becoming a member of the Program you will occasionally receive emails about the program advising "hot offers". People who have a positive points balance or have transacted in a month will also receive a monthly email statement.

How do I earn Points?

You will earn reward points by selling selected Fuji Xerox printers:

Fuji Xerox reserves the right to change the points allocated to each printer at any time and will from time to time change the products listed and the points awarded without prior notice.    

 

What should I do if I think some points are missing?

If you believe some points have not been allocated to your account you will need to email us customerservice@kansharewards.com.au with these details:

· Your Name
· Your KANSHA Member ID
· Daytime Contact Number
· Points Value
· Date Claim Submitted
· Missing Transaction Details

The area responsible will investigate the enquiry and get back to you via return email or phone. Missing points will be allocated on the subsequent transaction file – this may take up to 30 days.

Missing Points can only be awarded to members via the transaction file. No missing points will be added to member’s accounts manually.

 

Two websites

Why are there two websites for this program?

To register for the program and to lodge your claims for Points, please visit www.Kanshaclaims.com.au

To check the catalogue of redemptions and to redeem your points, please visit www.Kansharewards.com.au

The two websites are independent because your claims for Points need to be checked before they are credited to your Points account. 

 

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my points?

Please visit www.Kansharewards.com.au

On the Home page, select log on and then use your KANSHA member ID and password. You won't be able to do that for up to 3 weeks after you have first sought membership of the program on this website -- until your member details are transferred into our rewards system. Even if you can't register and activate your account now, you can still visit that website now to check out all the redemption choices in the catalogue. The first time you visit, you will need to select Activate Account.

How long before I can redeem my points?

Every fortnight your points will be loaded into the rewards system. So you can expect to be able to redeem points 3 to 4 weeks following your claim.

You will also receive email statements advising your points available for redemption. If you do not have enough points at the time of submitting a redemption request, you can redeem products and vouchers using both points and $. During the redemption process, you will be asked to select your method of redemption and to use your credit card if you use our flexible points + pay system.

Can I change my order if I order incorrectly?

No. Please double-check the item(s) added to your shopping cart to ensure that you order correctly.

What conditions apply to vouchers when I redeem them?

You can give vouchers to others to use. Alteration to the voucher makes it invalid. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

What is a forced redemption?

A forced redemption will take place if your account has a positive balance on the points’ expiry date. The system will select automatically a gift card with lower points value and will dispatch it to your nominated address.

Why can't I redeem my points?

It may be that Fuji Xerox thinks you are no longer a Channel 1st Partner eligible to participate in the program, so your status has been switched to "Inactive" accordingly. Please phone 1300 308 951 (Australia) or 0800 440 879 (New Zealand).  

 

Transfering Points

Can I transfer my points?

No. Please register only once.


Expiry of Points

What is the promotion period?

The program starts from the 1st of July 2009 and will be reviewed on the 31st of August 2010.

Do my points ever expire?

Points will expire every 6 months on 28th February & 31st August. You will receive an email prior to these dates. Please note forced redemption may be applied at these times.

If I leave my employment can I still use my points?

No. Once you have left the program your points will be forfeited, so it is a good idea to redeem them while you can.


Delivery of rewards

Where will my reward be delivered?

To your nominated address.

Can I change my address and have my reward delivered to another address?

Yes.

Can I send the reward to another person?

No.
